121 Personal Training Sessions
After contacting me for interest, I will begin to arrange a FREE zoom consultation. This will be where we discuss your long term goals, any current injuries and any likes and dislikes as well as what you would like to get from the sessions. 
I would programme and base our sessions together from the zoom consultation so that it aligns with all goals which are set out. 
Sessions last for 60 minutes and can take place in the gym or at an outdoor location. 
Payments are to be made in advance before any training block has started. You can book in blocks of 4, 8 or 12. 
Once signed up, a welcome email will be sent to you including payment details and a T&C's contract for you to read over. Then upon arrival for your first session you will be given one to sign and date.
