Group Training Sessions
Fancy buddying up? I offer 221's & 321's to bring a less intense atmosphere to training where you
can grow your confidence in a mini team!

After contacting me for interest, I will begin to arrange a FREE zoom consultation with all parties together.
This will be where we discuss all your goals as a collective. Also covering any current injuries, any likes/dislikes
as well as what you would like to get from the sessions.
​
I would programme and base our sessions together from the zoom consultation
so that we can work closely with the goals originally discussed.
​
Sessions last 60 minutes and can be arranged in the gym or at an outdoor location.
​
Payments are to be made in advance before any training block has started. You can book in blocks of 4, 8 or 12.
​
Once signed up, a welcome email will be sent to all individuals including payment details and a T&C's contract for you to read over. Then upon arrival for your first session you will each be given one to sign and date.
